A team of 14 teachers from the four core subject areas, divided between the elementary and secondary levels, are the Curriculum Content Trainers. The content trainers work with the Instructional Management Teams from each school, composed of five teachers, four from the core areas and an additional teacher who focuses on writing across the curriculum.

The content trainers and IMT members consulted other classroom teachers for ideas on streamlining the curriculum into a format and structure that will better meet the needs of the EBRPSS students and teachers. It includes model unit plans and sample lesson plans to guide teachers in planning.

The curriculum is demanding of teachers and students, and EBRPSS maintains rigorous expectations for academic achievement.  The Curriculum and Instruction Department is here to support the teachers as they deliver quality instruction to our students.
